The Town Clerk/Treasurer accepts payments received by the Town, makes payments for the Town's indebtedness, prepares the Treasurer's and Clerk's reports, handles vital statistics and records (birth certificates, death certificates, etc.).

The Tax Collector/Exercise Tax Collector is deputized by the Town Clerk/Treasurer and is able to handle all of the duties preformed by the Town Clerk/Treasurer.
